Return Policy

Uplift Provisions Company is dedicated to providing you the best customer experience possible. You may return most new, unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only products purchased online from this website may be returned for refund. Please note, gift cards are non-returnable. 

Time Limit on Returns

Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a refund to the payment method used to purchase. Store credit or partial refunds will be considered, but are not guaranteed for returns granted after 30 days of delivery when product is returned to our returns center.

Returning Free Samples or Gift With Purchase Items

You may keep the free gift with purchase that you received as a part of your order.

Shipping Fees

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Uplift Provisions Company, LLC will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Uplift Provisions Company does not accept CODs for returned merchandise.

Please use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds and Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
